lyrics

Winter. Spring. Summer. Autumn.
Flowers. Bloom. Die. Blossom.

Four seasons fill the measure of the year
There are four seasons in the mind of man
Born unheeded when the mental is clear
Soaking up knowledge while it’s spring it’s spring
Summer settles in starry eyes
Brood In the Mood like Wong Kar-Wai
Fragile heart to the brim with that love
Crumbles apart with the minutest shove
Then the soul hits autumn & he can’t be bothered pass by unheeded as a threshold brook
The beauty & pain that his life has fathered, the trials & the errors that it took
Doubt in the God who claim he offered, can’t life live hiding ’hind words in a book
Wool over eyes, being led to the slaughter—like time is the chef & you ’bout to get cooked
Winter snows on his features (man is getting grey)
Envious of springtime creatures (and of those who play)
Cheering on from sideline bleachers (saying “remember the days!”)
Wilt. Wilt. Muscles is weaker (wilt. Wilt. Muscles is weaker).

I reach out to God hope my message is heard
If I’m reborn let it be as a bird
I do not know how to live without wings
Materialistic I know that of me
